What equipment do you work on?
We focus on walk-behind push lawn mowers and snowblowers. We do not currently service lawn tractors, zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, handheld blowers or chainsaws.
Do you pick up and deliver the equipment?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are included with qualifying full tune-up service within our local service area.
What happens if additional repair parts are needed?
If a repair requires parts beyond the standard tune-up items, we will let you know. Those additional parts are billed separately, and there is no additional labor charge to install them when they are replaced as part of the tune-up service.
How long does service usually take?
Turnaround depends on the season, the repair and parts availability. We keep the service area intentionally local so we can remain responsive and will give you the best available timing when your service is scheduled.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our tune-up work is guaranteed for the season when the equipment and fuel are properly stored indoors. Problems caused by contaminated, stale or otherwise bad fuel added after service are not covered.
